im on a bit of a downer this week and so i'm not a happy bumblebee at the moment Sad

. hopefully i will bounce out of it soon and start having some constructive comments and thoughts to add to the forum.

hope everyone else is having a good week.

its a down swing... kinda had it last week but started in force on monday and still lingering- not overly horrible but still bad enough and doesnt want to go away

A little trick I was taught, and it does work - although I suggest doing this in the privacy of your own home (or people will talk) Put a pen, or a pencil in your mouth (longways) so that you are biting down on it. just an update- ive gone from i can handle this down time (last week) to im feeling really bad and yukkie emotionally (sunday afternoon and beyond) to im feeling really bad and yukkie emotionally and really stressed out and anxious (from yesterday after work) after my car decided to stop working on the way home from work yesterday. so it will be staying at mr mechanics for a few days rest and repairs and holidays.

so im not really a happy bumblebee this week. and i have a strata meeting at my place in an hour which im not really in the mood for. looks like its one of those weeks and its only tuesday.

im better than im earlier in the week. car problems hopefully sorted out by tomorrow so stress should go. then will see how much depression is lurking round.

strata ended up being a dud- it was suppose just to be a meeting of the 3 major people of the commitee- chairman, secretary and treasurer (me- but treasurer mainly in name only)- but the chairman didnt end up turning up (she must have forgotton). so basically i just got an update of whats being happening around the units that i have missed. its scarey hearing about the some of the stuff that i miss thats happening around the units! lol
